Steve Blame is the host of the International Sound Awards 2017


The Audio Branding Academy is pleased with the confirmation of Steve Blame as moderator of the ISA2017 Awards Show on September 21 at the Gruenspan. The iconic face of Music Television will guide through the evening and present the trophies to the winners – the ISAbell und the ISAbell Grand Prix.

One of the most iconic faces of Music Television, Steve Blame is today, a Screenwriter, Author and Host. He’s currently in screenplay development with two German production companies, the author of the books Getting Lost is Part of the Journey (2010) and Emotional Vaseline (2013), and his first prime-time TV show on VOX was shown at the end of December 2016. Additionally Blame is the co-creator of the game show Where is the Money? (Eyeworks/2STV), nominated for a Rose d’Or in 2005 and has a number of other formats in development around the world. During his long career as TV presenter, he has interviewed everyone from Madonna to McCartney, Gorbachev to the Dalai Lama and nearly 500 others. He has previously worked as MTV News Editor, Viva 2 Program Director, and set up Tango TV in Luxembourg. He has a B.A. in Mathematics and Physics from the University of Exeter and an M.A. in Screenwriting from the University of East Anglia.
